Starting work at the age of 13 in the family business I quickly became the jack of all trades. Filling orders in the warehouse, helping customers on the retail floor and becoming a computer wiz kid, fixing any issue that arose.
After learning invaluable lessons in communication and interpersonal skills from several years in hospitality I moved into banking. A wonderfully valuable experience, especially learning the ins and outs of the corporate world, and I suppose learning how the ‘other side’ looks at business.
Tired of being treated like a number, and getting accepted into Melbourne University, I decided it was time to move on. Whilst studying, I became fascinated with consulting, and as such (coupled with my past experience) became fortunate enough to work with the likes of UBS, Tabcorp, Fuji Xerox and a number of small businesses.
After graduating, I turned my attention to understanding more about core businesses needs. Through this, I was able to identify a rather large disconnect between most businesses and their technology providers. Finding a great deal of customer dissatisfaction and a severe lack of online technology providers who discuss needs on a business level.
From this Dynamic Labs was born. As a BDM and Project Manager, I focus on working with clients on a personal level, bridging the gap between business and online technology, helping businesses grow online in a way that works for them, and all without the technical jargon.
I pride myself on being a straight-shooter and separating myself from the herd. I enjoy conducting business with enthusiastic business owners like myself, talking shop and providing outcomes that help achieve business goals.
